Claims for which NBI & NGF are competent are settled by the signatories of the Swiss Interclaims Agreement.
The competence to settle claims and the power to represent the NBI and NGF require the signing of the Swiss Interclaims Agreement and compliance with the Claims Regulations.

Claims tools such as various links and documents ensure efficient and high quality claims processing.
Claims are handled by member companies in the name of the NGF. Handlers are entitled to be compensated with a handling fee.
